  1. I didn't mind basic training. It taught me that something that seems impossible at start can be achieved. Beginners start with 25 reps keep on pushing!

  2. I still see people my age (bout 13 and are in a skinny or medium when it comes to I'm shape) trusting the ground doing pushups so they assume it's just going to be the upper body with it fine not using your lower body and actually hurt their hips and they don't know why.
