  1. I was wondering about the fruit juice. I try to cut back on cranberry juice. It has a lot of sugar. I wonder if the juice can spike your glucouse after fasting,

  2. It's much more complex than high and low, it's actually split into three groups, low, medium and high.

  3. You lost me on soda being "medium", not when the average can of 12 oz soda has 39 grams of sugar in it. And let's not forget it's glycemic load (which a more accurate indicator of the effect food has on blood sugar level) of 20, which puts in in "high" category, and that's for a can less than 12 oz. Spiking blood glucose is not good for weight loss, period. Concentrated sweets, and added sugars gotta go.

  6. Quite the opposite for me I’m eating TONS and gaining barely any weight I find myself always hungry I guess my metabolisms is high huh…one of the lucky ones ?

  7. For my digestion, milk and cereal digest fast and potatoes digest slow. It's like the opposite so this lets me know that you have to read your own digestion. Good video

  8. I asked "how long does it take to digest a hamburger".Answer, from google, 24-72 hours. Why didn't the answer line up with your video?

  9. In finland we have now rye instead of weat dough as an alternative to pizzas. Healthier unless you are allergic to rye i guess.

  11. Best way – eat whatever you like, but keep that body moving! Don't just stay at home for long hours. Especially in the summer. Sleeping at open window helps a lot, because it makes your body work on most of the energy you have consumed.
