  1. 16 / 8 is the best I jog Around 5 am. Them I do Ab workout Then i eat 2 hrd boiled egg. Then I will do cardio In 5pm Then 6 pm i will eat 2 eggs again. Everyday routine

  2. I started 4 days ago, weighed in at 258.8lb. The clock just ticked over midnight and on to my 5th day. Weighed in at 247.3lbs yesterday. I'm doing 30 days, so I'll post my results when done.

  7. U are mistaking about fasting ! Just read about jain’s monks in india ! I bet you are nothing in front of them ! In india total population of jain’s is 1 crore and everyone is capable for atleast 30 days fasting that too without water ! You cant compete us anyway 😎

  9. Day 10-12 i always watch burritos, and other food recipes, i can't out of it. So after 13th Day i buy fruits to broke my fast. And after,i made burritos almost every Day. Haha. But my goal is 15-21 Day's. Of W.fasting.
