    Step 1. Waking up early in the morning. Set your alarm by 5:30 am.
    Step 2. Meditating without sleeping
    Step 3. Do an easy 2-3 minute workout/exercise
    Step 4. Time for shower
    Step 5. Healthy breakfast
    Step 6. Write down your to-do list.

  4. The video makes habit formation sounds so easy. I honestly recommended starting out one habit at a time. If you start out everything you planned at the same time, you will fall back very easily because they all are difficult. Give yourself twenty days or so for the first habit and then add the new one. It takes about a month to form a habit. Once it become a habit, the action becomes automatic, requires less mental effort to keep it going. So when you add it the next habit, it will be easier for you to keep going.

  9. Instead of making my To-do list in the morning, I do it a day before (just before I go to sleep – I prepare 2 lists, one – list of things I did today + two – a to-do list for tomorrow). This helps me save more time and do more things on a given day.
    Usually, my mornings look like Brush my teeth, Drink a glass of water, Meditate, Work-out, Drink Tea + Read newspaper, Shower + Prayer, Breakfast and off to work
