I honestly recommended starting out one habit at a time. If you start out everything you planned at the same time, you will fall back very easily because they all are difficult. Give yourself twenty days or so for the first habit and then add the new one. It takes about a month to form a habit. Once it become a habit, the action becomes automatic, requires less mental effort to keep it going. So when you add it the next habit, it will be easier for you to keep going. This helps me save more time and do more things on a given day.
