A high school teacher in New Jersey might have taken her request for social distancing just a little bit too far.
The woman was caught on video Thursday yelling at teens who were playing football on the grounds of a park that she hoped they “die a long, painful death,” from the coronavirus.
Identified in The Trentonian as Nicole Griggs, the teacher at Steinert High School in Hamilton Township, N.J., reportedly was upset because the teens weren’t practising social distancing. She appeared to be walking her dog when she spotted the teens through a fence and started yelling.
One of teens took video of the rant and posted it on Snapchat. School officials said they were investigating.
